- 12 Liter Capacity Bowl – Clear, food grade, unbreakable polycarbonate bowl, which easily pulls off for cleaning operation. Includes liter stickers for exact beverage preparation.
- Mixing System “M” Model – Paddle system stirring with delrin paddles avoids frothing and beverage oxidation. Good for heavy density drinks and beverages that contain pulp.
- Mixing System “S” Model – Electromagnetic pump system (jetspray) manufactured with food grade materials.
- Dispensing Tap – Two pieces, no drip, stainless steel tap.
